- Underwater survey and investigation of the RC pier, Port of Dapitan, Dapitan City.
- Scraping of barnacles from 44 pieces water surface down to 1ft below sea level.
- Underwater photography of all defective vertical and batter piles.
- Plan preparation indicating location of defective piles.
- Report preparation.
