Panay Energy Development Corp. (PEDC) complex in Brgy. Ingore, Iloilo City. The GBP Institute of Energy is envisioned to be the country's premier facility that promotes better understanding of clean coal technology as well as energy efficiency through a Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) simulator.

Panay Energy Development Corporation Operations (PEDC) is an energy company. The Company generates and transmits electricity, as well as owns and operates coal fired power plant.

Location: Barangay Ingore, Iloilo City.

FLED/DiveCenter Scope of Work:

• Underwater survey on the periphery of the intake pipe including the investigation of type and composition of sea bed;
• Underwater Inspection of intake heads;
• Underwater investigation of the position of the pipe relative to
  sea bed:
•  Determine whether the pipe is totally covered by sea bed
  material or not;
•  Determine the distance between the lowest intake port to
  the bed;
• Underwater Internal inspection of the intake pipe to determine
  any failure and other issues that may hamper operation;
• Submit written and photographic comprehensive report of the
  survey;
• Submit copy of video clips taken during the underwater
  inspection and evaluation of the intake structures.
• Closing & sealing the pipe outlet using flange with bolts and
  remove the flange after works inside the pipe is done.
• Underwater inspection and assessment of PEDC intake structure for
  Unit 1 & 2.
